We were looking for private boarding for our 3 1/2 year old boxer. HNK9 was recommended to us from multiple people. We met Heather and instantly knew she would be a great person to care for our dog while we were gone. She was communicative and sent multiple pictures and videos of our dog, to assure us that he was comfortable and in the best hands. "I brought Xena to HNK9 at about 3 months old for a 6 week board and train. All she knew was sit. By the end she was potty trained, house trained. She learned sit, down, stay, recall, mark, crate, leave it, out, off, bed time manners, leash work, and to play with other dogs. She sent pictures and videos daily/weekly. I was able to visit every week. The program was highly tailored to my specific needs. Like sleeping in the bed. Any request or questions were answered and accounted for in her training. Even does follow up sessions for areas she struggles after transitioning back home. As well as a couple training sessions to teach me before taking her home. She was loved as if she was their own dog. I am very pleased with the service I got and dog I got back especially for a reasonable price."
